About CMR Robotics
CMR Robotics exists for families who want more than broad enrichment. We focus on technical depth, stronger progression, and helping students build meaningful robotics and coding capability over time.

Real engineering
CMR Robotics is an Auckland-based coaching programme for families who want a clearer, more serious pathway in robotics and coding. We work with students from their first meaningful technical steps through to advanced systems work and FIRST Tech Challenge competition preparation, always with a focus on real progress, strong standards, and genuine technical understanding.

Real engineering habits, real programming, smaller groups, and coaching that helps students take ownership of the quality of their work.
FIRST and FTC pathways, robotics systems coaching, and programming development that connects directly to meaningful technical work.
Standards and safety
Families are right to care about supervision, safeguarding, structure, and communication. That is why those topics deserve their own visibility rather than being left implied.
Coaching team
The coaching team is a big part of what families are really evaluating. This is the group responsible for the tone, standards, support, and technical guidance students receive.
Lead Coach
Caspar leads the overall programme direction and competition coaching, with a strong focus on engineering standards, systems thinking, and helping students grow into serious technical contributors.
Coach
Giselle supports students through practical robotics and team development, helping create a learning environment that is both ambitious and supportive.
Coach
Troy works with students on technical execution, competition readiness, and the habits needed to perform well under pressure.
Coach
Zita helps students build confidence, clarity, and stronger communication around their technical work, which is especially valuable in judged and team-based environments.
Team gallery
We will be adding team and workshop photos here soon so families can get a better feel for the learning environment, build sessions, and competition experience.
The best way is to talk through your child’s age, level, and goals so we can recommend the most suitable pathway.
