Safeguarding
Every programme needs more than good content. Parents should also know how students are supervised, how sign-in and collection work, and how communication is handled.
Students work in supervised groups with clear expectations, structured activities, and an adult present during sessions.
We ask parents or guardians to handle drop-off and collection so everyone knows who is responsible for each student at the start and end of the session.
If there is a timetable change, behaviour issue, medical concern, or incident, we contact parents promptly and directly.
We only use student photos or video when permission has been given, and families can opt out of promotional media.
What parents can ask about
How students are supervised during class
Who is responsible for collection if a parent is delayed
How medical or behavioural issues are handled
How media consent works for photos and video
How we communicate with families if something changes
Where this fits
Families should never have to guess how a children's programme is run. Clear supervision, clear communication, and clear expectations are part of the service from the start.
If you need any detail before booking, contact us and we will answer directly.
