Every programme needs more than good content. Parents should also know how students are supervised, how sign-in and collection work, and how communication is handled.
Sign-in and collection
We ask parents or guardians to handle drop-off and collection so everyone knows who is responsible for each student at the start and end of the session.
Clear communication
If there is a timetable change, behaviour issue, medical concern, or incident, we contact parents promptly and directly.
Photo and media consent
We only use student photos or video when permission has been given, and families can opt out of promotional media.
